Hi Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar,

As per our discussion in call,it was decided to add line 22 on report customization of 1094-C.
Whichever box that is checked will be marked on line 22 of 1094C report along with system populated values if any.

If the client wants Box C marked,he will mark it on report customization,but we need values to fill part 3 section e.(Section 4980H Transition Relief Indicator)

So I think,it would be better if that customization is given on in-eligible employee count page.(4th tab of ACA Customization). We need to change the name of the tab to make it more appropriate.
We select the report name and set the values in there for that specific report.

I have created a mockup.Please find attached screen-shot.

Only thing is that client need to navigate to that page to do the changes.

Also,if we are going to show system populated values along with user selected,how to handle scenario where if Box A and Box B is selected through system,but user wants only Box C to be checked.

Please let me know your views on this.

instated of check box populate the Drop down as below.

Default – System will take decision as per the data.
Yes – Check the box
No – do not check the box.

Point 2 . changing the name of tab.

In ACA-Customization,name of 4th tab name has been changed to ACA 1094C parameter.
In this tab,drop down for 4 boxes of line 22 has been added.
Line 22 on 1094C report will be marked as per the value set in this drop-down.If no value is set,Default system populated values will be marked on pdf.

Please find attached test cases 1094C-Line22TC.xls . We have done executing all the TC's, Logged JIRA WT-2192.
Once JIRA WT-2192 fix is deployed we will mark this enhancement ready for stage.

We have executed all TCs from attached excel.
Enhancement testing is completed on LB and its working as expected.

We verified enhancement on stage and its working as expected.

Verified enhancement on production, working fine.
Executed all TCs attached with this JIRA, All the TC's on production are passed.
