As we discussed & confirmed that provided xsd validation messages were valid when it processed by system.
But you were changed in that files to generated your required scenario by modifying ssn of the employee externally.So may be there is manual mistakes & due to that irs is reporting error.

Here I would like to give a suggestion that whatever you would like to generate the scenario should go with the system through.

@QC : whenever report the issue kindly put up the steps to repro at developer end.

Note : Please depict exactly steps, there is not mentioned manual made changes in generated xml files.

Please do not change the XML manually for any scenario , if you are not able to generate any specific scenario and if it is not related to data then we will develop that feature and let you know.

Hi Revan,

As discussed earlier with everyone, we were doing changes manually.
But after our discussion, you are suggesting that do changes through database which was not discussed earlier.
Now onward, we will follow that practice.

Yes you can close , If you can able to generate your scenario by doing changes in backend using db & your purpose is solved & you get expected result.

In this ticket, we have decided to change the data in DB only.
This issue might be because of manual changes.
So its not an issue
