      Description

      Prerequiste -
      1] 1095C/1094C report is generated and are finalized
      2] IRS UI Submission Report is created and ready to submit to IRS (Report Name - Darrtestfive Scenario Five, Company Name - City of Redding Prod 02082016)

      Steps
      1] Log in to IRS
      2] Submit XML file
      3] check for transmission status and download XML
      4] Log in to Workterra
      5] Go to UI Submission
      6] upload Ack file against "Darrtestfive Scenario Five"
      7] Verify Error Analysis report

      actual result - It shows duplicate records
      expected result - It should show single records for each error code
