      Submission Name - Record and Submission ID

      Prerequisite -
      2 1095B and Its 1094B are created and are finalized

      steps
      1] Log in to LB
      2] select Worktesttwo Test
      3] 2 1094B forms are selected
      4] Click on Verify submission
      5] verify xml file

      actual result - shows only one submission details
      expected result - should show multiple submission details
