This is tested on Stage

Following scenarios are tested -

• In the Standard Report - Billing one - total 5 fields have been exposed namely - Is COBRA, Provider Name - already there but need to show at plan design level, Provider Type - already there but need to show at plan design level, Provider Group Number - new addition & Provider Group Number Suffix - new addition
• This has been tested with the normal as well as with the Display Column Report
• Is COBRA field is No when employee's status is Non COBRA and it is Yes when employee's status is COBRA
• NOTE - testing scope for this enhancement was limited to the above mentioned fields. Other fields / costs calculations have not been tested in the testing

This is ready for Production

Test cases are written at below path -

• Log in ->Test Specification Tab -> WT -> BCC Invoice File - Adding new columns in Billing Report

Hi Aditya Vishwakarma,

As discussed with Aditya Vishwakarma and Jyoti Agrawal , I have verified report on Stage - TotalWork in following ways for demo purpose:

1) Create new ' Benefit Wise Billing Details ' standard report . As of Now, user is able to preview report not able to Save.

2) Create report by selecting 2-3 benefit type and any demographics fields like as :

FirstName
Last Name
Plan Design name
Employee PreTax
Total Amount

NOTE : 1) It is working only with Plan Design name, Employee PreTax ,Total Amount fields as mentioned in document
2) Selecting more than 3 benefit type then report run but result never appears.

3) Preview Report and Displayed report like as :

NOTE : Currently, Report is running and format is verified [ Data not verified as it is for demo only ]

Did you have a call Or Demo with BCC? Do they request for any changes as we wants to start all changes in one go including adding column of "Approved Coverage Amount" on Benefit wise report.

There are two additional items we need to add to complete the "Benefitwise Billing Details"

1. We need to have the ability to create a plan/rate that when set to "not viewable to employee" the employee does not see it anywhere including the confirmation statement.

2. In the report customization create the ability to select the rate that should be included in the report.
-when you select the plan the rates mapped to that plan should display and you should have the ability to select the specific rates.

We have another way we would like to accomplish the "billed" rate please disregard 2. below and see revised request

DISREGARD: 2. In the report customization create the ability to select the rate that should be included in the report.
-when you select the plan the rates mapped to that plan should display and you should have the ability to select the specific rates.

REVISED: Add a column to the rate table that represents the "Billed Rate" this rate would pull out on the billing details reports. You would be able to select this rate in the report configuration. The rate would not tie to any other rates in the rate table it would be a free form field much like the Imputed income field.

Hi Debbie Kulling,

Per our last call (5/15) on it, we concluded that there is only following two items left in order to close this ticket.

1. Add Approved Coverage option for non-health benefits. Remove Coverage Tier option for non-health benefits.
2. Introduce a new column on Rate-Matrix to receive Billed Rate and for Health benefits consider this column instead of regular billing calculation.

Point#2 above seems little tricky because for this we would need to understand whole Billing working starting from point where entry goes in Billing table, retro scenarios entry in billing table, retro calculations from billing table and Billing report functioning. We will analyze its feasibility and will let you know by today EOD 6/16 and if require team will speak to you on it.
