Steps
1] 1094/5 C forms are created and finalized (1 Submission with 3 Records)
2] UI Submission is created
3] its original transmission is completed and its accepted by IRS
4] User done correction in 1095 C form (Out of 3 only 1 record is corrected), Run 1095 and 1094C and finalized it created Corrected UI submission
5] Also its submitted to IRS and its accepted by IRS
6] Now 2nd time User done correction to 1095 C (Different 1095C record than corrected in step 4)
7] Go to UI Submission report page
8] edit respective UI Submission record and click on Verify Submission data
Actual result - it gives server error pop up, refer attached error log 04_28_2016_14_53_24_746_3698_639.txt

Plan this task with you or kumar this is the regular scenario. we need this with the same release.

I have completed this task but due to not completed WT-2240 task. I am not able to push to LB environment.

We have verified above mentioned issue on LB company. [City of Redding for Hspl].
As per new implementation, there is no separate functionality for IRS correction and User Correction.
Its working fine.
Tested scenarios are as follows.
1.Correction done for single employee submitted to IRS site received Accepted status.
2.Correction done for other employee then submitted to IRS site received Accepted status.
3.Done user correction for 1094-C, 1095-C and submitted to IRS site received Accepted
status.

Considered two employees from accepted submission.
First time done corrections in only single employees's 1095C and rerun the reports after correction. Submitted to IRS. Next time done corrections in different 1095-C report. Rerun the reports and after verifying the data . Submitted to IRS site.
No error received. Its working fine hence closing ticket.
