      Description

      Step:-
      1.Login to Workterra
      2.Navigate to BenAdmin > Reports > IRS Submission
      3.Select UI submission having status Accepted With Error
      4.Browse Single Error file and Upload
      5.Again Browse same file and click on Upload

      Expected - "Multiple File does not allow for Upload" alert message

      Actual - "Maximum files uploaded for this category" alert message populate on screen
