Yogesh:
Refer the attached file load the EIN data in the Employee and Employee History table form back end.
Do not update any other field except EIN
Disable the trigger of employee tables and after that update, enable the triggers of employee table.

Sachin :
Create the Reports 1095c with Respective EIN. There are 12 EIN.
582380723 this EIN contain 0 Employee so do not create EIN.
Run the report after Yogesh data load completed.
