Server Error when copy and paste special character , decimal number

1.Login to application using partner credential.
2.Navigate to BenAdmin > ACA > IRS > InEligible ACA Count
3.Select Any 1094 C Report from drop down , it populate all 12 months
4.Copy and past “12.5” into any text box and clicked on Save
