      Server - Stage
      Company Name - ACA_QA_Testing
      Step:-
      1.Login to application
      2.Navigate to BenAdmin > ACA > IRS Report
      3.Create 1095C having Apply 2015 Qualifying Offer Transition Relief "Yes"
      (Report Name -1095C DARR)
      4.Create 1094C - Is Authoritative Transmittal - "Yes" (Report Name -1094C DARR)
      5.Download 1094C pdf

      Actual- Total employee count display zero under Part III column -(c) Total Employee Count for ALE Member

      Expected - It should be total ALE member
