Hi Jennifer Leugers, Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar

An Enhancement is deployed which will enable the customization of Line 22 of 1094C.
If a client wants any of the box to be marked irrespective of the system populated values, this can be done in ACA 1094C parameters tab on ACA Customization.

As per Revan's analysis, 76.18% employees are getting code 1E.
So if Box C is marked, Minimum Essential Coverage Offer Indicator.(Lines 23–35) can be marked to YES if Offer of Health Coverage is Made to at least 70 Percent of Full-Time Employees.

We have made these changes in ACA 1094C parameters tab on Intermedia Company.Refer screenshot.

          As per IRS guidelines:

2015 Section 4980H(a) Transition Relief if an Offer of Health Coverage is Made to at least 70 Percent of Full-Time Employees (Form 1094-C, Lines 23–35, Column (a))
For each calendar month during 2015 (and any calendar months during the 2015 plan year that occur in 2016, if the employer has a non-calendar year plan), an employer that offers health coverage to at least 70 percent of its full-time employees (and their dependents) may, on Form 1094-C, lines 23–35, column (a), enter an “X” in the “Yes” checkbox either for “All 12 Months” or for the month(s) during which it met that 70-percent threshold, as applicable.

We have set Section 4980H Transition Relief Indicator to B for all 12 months as Full time employees are greater than 100.(Part III—ALE Member Information—Monthly (Lines 23–35) column (e))
Also we have set Aggregated Group Indicator(Part III—ALE Member Information—Monthly (Lines 23–35) column (d)) to Yes for all 12 months as Is Aggregated ALE Group is set to Yes.(Line 21).

          We have re-run 1094C report.
Latest run [5/13/2016 2:24:03 AM] is available for download.
