Can we expedite the fix, the customer mentioned that 4 of the changes she's requesting were for forms that were correct prior to the last run. I'm not quite sure what would have caused it but if you have any thoughts I'd be interested to hear.

          Regards,

          Chris

          Chris Finocchio,
          FYI Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar

          The requested corrections are done.
          We have re-run reports "1095C" and "1095c ADS 510105665".
Please refer latest run dated 6/6/2016 of both reports.

The issues occurred due to EIN changes of some employees. Some employees are falling in two reports. This causes EIN/division change. Please make sure to delete the EIN from Company information if that EIN is not in use.

Report "1095C" has rule set as "FullTime Only" i.e all active employees are processed in this rule. This rule is not mapped to any EIN.
Report "1095c ADS 510105665" has rule set to "ADS 510105665" i.e all employees with EIN-510105665 are processed in this rule. Some of the employees fall under EIN as per effective date.So they will show 1H-2A for the months they were not under that EIN.

Employees fall under both these reports.

          For eg. Matt E Robb

As per his demographic details, his EIN is set to nothing effective 7/1/2015 and again EIN is set effective 10/31/2015.
          Refer screenshot.

So the Employee does not fall under EIN 510105665 from 7/1/2015 till 10/31/2015. So 1H-2A is displayed.

This employee also falls under report named "1095C". Here, there is no criteria of EIN set on this report's rule.So the employee will show codes as per enrollment in the system.i.e 1E-2C for the months 7/1/2015 to 10/31/2015.
This resulted in the confusion in employee codes as same employee have different codes in different reports.

If any of the report is not in use please delete the same to avoid confusion so that we can refer to the same report to resolve any issues. Also if any EIN is not in use, please delete it.
