Concern - IRS reported reported issue for 2 employee's SSN having all same digits
Cause - Employee or employees dependents have same digits in SSN
Correction - Need to provide correct SSN in workterra or remove wrong SSN details and provide date of birth
Concern - Neither Aggregated Group Indicator (All 12 Months checkbox) or any months (monthly checkbox) is checked when authoritative transmittal indicator is checked
Cause - Part III (D) is not marked when all authoritative transmittal indicator is marked
Correction - when Line 19 on 1094C is checked then Part III (d) needs to be checked for all 12 months or any months. If need more details then we can have a call for this
Concern - TIN Validation Failed
Cause - The employee SSN or dependents SSN details are not present in IRS DB
Correction - Need to check with IRS, refer image
When you receive final status from IRS as shown in
, But final status marked in workterra on CST is wrong refer image
As we need transmission status for further actions, like if transmission is accepted with error then we need to correct only those employee details for whom IRS reported issues. Request you to update same in Workterra.
