Below is the email trail of ACA forms that we need to Import into the system. Attached is a file from Kelly at Imacorp. We verified that there are only handful of subscribers are eligible, The template that I am familiar with is where we needed SS, Start date, End date, ACA hours, and/or PTO hours.
