Changes on 1094C Report UI -

1) When user selects Is Aggregated ALE group as No then Authoritative Transmittal For list box values will include only those 1095C whose EIN is same and if Yes then all the 1095c's will be populated.

Changes on PDF
1) Part II and Part III will change based on the 1095C's selected under Authoritative Transmittal For which are having same EIN with respect to selected 1095C under Transmittal For

2) If Authoritative Transmittal For has any other 1095C(having different EIN) selected it will not be considered for Part II and Part III and will be seen on Part IV if it satisfy those conditions.
