We have attached image for employee showing stable working hours.
Below are calculations for full time employee. If stable working hours for employee are equal to or greater than 30 then employee is full time.

          1. Number of Days: Days in the range, refer image "LookBackAndTimeSheet.png"
          2. Total Hours worked: Sum of All loaded worked hours
          3. Number of weeks: Number of Days/7.0

From Start date 11/22/2015 to 12/05/2015 has 14 days and the total hours are 80, refer image
          Daily Average = 80/14 = 5.7143

The total Number of days in Dec =31

So Number of week in the month = 31/7 =4.428

Stable working Hours = (Daily Average * total Number of days)/ Number of week
          = (5.7143*31)/ 4.428 = 40.0005
          = 40.00
