      Description

      Hello Satya,

      As we decided in the start that theme.css will be used only for theme (color combination) and overwriting some customized changes.
      But now dynamic theme color change is working correctly instead entire css is overwritten by the changes. This should not be happened & the dynamic change only needs to be overwritten.

      In BCC company I have added some custom CSS to overwrite the theme color, but this was a temporary solution. We need to fix it completely for future. So Please assign someone to work on this.

            This issues has been resolved and Unit tested, working fine. Checked in to LB. Ready for LB deployment .

            We have tested mentioned changes on Local (wt-stage) environment, now entire css is not overwritten by the change only dynamic change get overwritten. We can deploy the change to Stage.
