Step:-
1.Login to application
2.Navigate to Reports > Static Report > IRS Submission
3.Click on Add IRS Submission
4.Add all details and click on Save.Application added IRS submission
4.Edit same IRS Submission
5.Delete TAX Year and click on Save or Verify Submission data
Expected - Application should prompt alert message
Actual - No alert message on button click
