      Description

      Please see attached spreadsheet. The City is requesting we remove the 1095c forms for all the employees in the spreadsheet. Most are PT employees who were never eligible for coverage. Please let know if you have any questions.

          Load this Employee with Fake EIN in the system for Employee and history tabele and add the additional criteria not equal to this Fake EIN and re run the report.

          The requested correction is done.Please verify with latest run date 05/31/2016.
          Below employees were marked as do not remove in excel.So these employees are not removed.Please confirm.

          I just checked the most recent 1095c run (6/6/16 10:57 AM) and all the forms to be removed are back in the current run. Please help! We need to get the sign off from the city this week. Please re-process the attached spreadsheet to remove 1095c forms for the part-time employees.

          Durham had another 1095c Jira ticket WT-2764 that nay have effected the work done in WT-2762.

          I've attached a revised removal list from the client - please use the most current list (dated 6.6.16) for removals. Also, I reviewed your EE list from 5/31/2016 - Please continue to remove the following employees:
