*Note *: If 1H is on line 14,and requested code is 2F/2G/2H, then line 16 is kept blank because Safe harbor codes would not apply because all the affordability safe harbor require the offer provide minimum value with respect to the self only coverage offered to the employee.If no offer then safe harbor codes will not apply.
