Please advise why the correction file for Merced County is failing our internal validation and why it wouldn't have come up with the first submittal.

WT-2918 ACA - In case of correction if employee name has special chars then special chars are coming in corrected element.

Fix for this is deployed on production.
We have verified this on production and its working fine, System creating corrections file without XSD validation issue.
