Del Norte- does eligibility need to be run?

      Description

      Hi all - the rates for Del Norte were wrong so we fixed them and recalculated but when I re-run the 1095C forms, they aren't updating.

          Stromly Borelli enrolled into EIAHealth PPO 80/60.After analysis, we found that incorrect customization is done in "EIAHealth PPO 80/60" Rate Metrics.Below is the description.

          Actual - Monthly post Tax rate is Zero and Employee post-tax % of salary is 5.Please see attached screen shot "Del_Norte_Old_RateMetrics_Customization.jpg".
          Due to incorrect customization application calculated wrong employee cost.Hence, line 15 show the wrong cost.

          Expected - If Monthly post Tax rate is Zero then Employee post-tax % of salary should be zero.

          We made the correction in Rate Metrics and saved it. Please see attached screenshot of updated setting - "Del_Norte_Updated_RateMetrics.jpg"

          We reran the 1095C on County of Del Norte - "Del Norte 1095C Reports" - Run date - "6/10/2016 4:13:23 AM"
          We verified that line 15 shows the correct cost for Stromly Borelli.
          Please download the latest run and review the same.
