Critical For following employees record of only stop deductions appeared on file but there should be a START deduction record present in the system as well. Why start deduction didnt appear on file?
This is for Voluntary Life and template name is "New_CAISO EDeduct Payroll LIFE&ADD Plans Post Tax Employee No Limit_UPDATED"

We will discuss this on Monday as I dont see these records on file.

Concern: only stop deductions appeared on file but there should be a START deduction record present in the system as well.
Cause: As per analysis we found that these employee enrollment is added first then old terminated. As template has latest record yes and multiple record has plan changes + coverage changes due to this stop code exported on file because last action done was termination. please find history details 001937.pdf
and 004850.pdf .
Note: We never send start and stop code of same benefit on same file. Please find attached scenario's Plan Changes Analysis.xls

We have checked last exported file "New_CAISO EDeduct Payroll LIFE&ADD Plans Post Tax Employee No Limit_UPDATED" for template of company level. The above employees active election are exported on file. Below row exported on file.
