Please find below 3C's

Concern: only stop deductions appeared on file but there should be a START deduction record present in the system as well.

Cause: As per analysis we found that these employee enrollment is added first then old terminated. As template has latest record yes and multiple record has plan changes + coverage changes due to this stop code exported on file because last action done was termination. please find history details 001937.pdf and 004850.pdf .

Note: We never send start and stop code of same benefit on same file. Please find attached scenario's Plan Changes Analysis.xls
