Northbrook: ACA 1095 analysis

      Description

      Hi all:

      The 1095 c analysis report is not working correctly.

      The Village’s data show all or most folks having HMO coverage for the first six months and PPO coverage for the last six months. That is not the case. Initial reports from Workterra showed this problem.

      The data shows Greg Van dahm with HMO coverage January through June. Greg shoudlhave PPO for all 12 months.

      Could I get a new analysis that shows the correct coverage plan description by tomorrow?

          This is systemic issue. There are many more that are liek this. Please look at this one as an example 249533469.

          Greg van dahm is fixed.

          Please reassess.I have attached the pivot table that shows the affect population. There could be more. ACA1095C (40).xls

          Plan : BCBS - Medical HMO - Active has 91.55 EE cost on ACA Configrution for complete year,So Plan BCBS - Medical PPO- Active has more then 100 cost for Jan to June.

          so the majority of employee is getting the cost "BCBS - Medical HMO - Active" plan as lowest cost from jan to june and after that "BCBS - Medical PPO- Active"

          I have verifed your employees and analyzed the same .If you have still any specific question let me know

          Hi sam lindberg

          Concern : EE lowest cost plan is not correct on Analysis report.
          Cause: This rate is added for 2015 year in 2016 and this is causing this issue,
          Correction : we have fixed and updated the SP on Production affected Companies,
          Corrected the Report and Audited the 1095 c report there is no any major impact found on 1095 c delivered PDF of last finilized run.

          Please find the Attached excel for more Analysis and impact and let me know any more action is needed from our side.
