      Description

      Hi all -

      Attached are what I hope are the last set of changes for FRMC. The password is the same as is on this spreadsheet originals (ACA2xxx).

      If there is anyway these could be done tonight, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, please provide an ETA so I can share with the client.

          Details shown on PDF are as per excel.

          Below is the list of employees verified and has correct details on PDF.

          Scritchfield, Kathy

          Below employee depenents are also added on PDF
          Lewis,Wendy
          Ezzi,Miranda

          But Griseto April's, Donald Griseto is not added in workterra, hence not shown on 1095C PDF. Please refer latest run for these corrected 1095C reports.
