We have audited employees who need correction as per the excel 1095c ACA Dev fix spreadsheet (corrections from FRMC).zip , But these employee dependents are not added in workterra OR has name different in workterra than provided excel, hence we are not displaying or displaying details as per the system on 1095C report. Refer attachments for this.

Request you to add the dependents whose details are provided in excel but those are not added in workterra, Or correct the employee details in workterra as per the provided excel.

Apart above employees, Rebecca E Thrasher, Amanda R Wray employee dependents are added in system, but not displayed on 1095C Report.

Revansiddha Gaur please correct above employee 1095C PDF.

Was not found the dependents in the system on dated 15/June/2016 but added it later.

Was not found the employee in the system on dated 15/June/2016 and added it later.
