Cause :
Multiple employees for matching first name & last name.

Correction :
Only sent for 6 employees out of 11 employees. We updated the same for 6 employees.
Another 5 employees list is required uniqueness i.e. remained.

After correction made by development team , we have re run the "1095C - Austin Industrial Services LP - 6/28/2016 1:19:17 AM". We have download the latest run and verify the expected code for March month. Observed that codes are populating as per requested.

Below scenario we have generated on Austin for HSPL -

We run 1094C - Austin Industrial Services LP and observed that line 23 on 1094C is checked Yes for 12 months.We have created XML for - “1094C - Austin Industrial Services LP ”. Application created Invalid file and throw below error

Transmission file is not valid to submit on IRS Portal. Please correct below errors..

We did analysis on same and observed that Jose Fernandez Medina EE belongs to non US county and blank state. Hence we suggest that change the country of EE and select state or remove same EE using additional eligibility criteria and re run the 1095C , 1094C then generate IRS submission for Austin Industrial Services.
