1. Company's OE period has been set up from 01st June to 31st July 2016. New Hire employee will go through the New Hire Tunnel while a Non New Hire employee will go through an OE period Tunnel
2. Company's Themes - Branding - Logos are set and made PLH Group specific
3. Landing page content is replaced with the PLH Group Name and PLH Group Logos
4. Provided PLH Group Benefit Document have been uploaded in Forms Library, as Brochures in few plans and under Learn about your Heath Benefits. Hence the document will be accessible from landing page as well as from enrollment screens
5. A sample video is uploaded for few plans
6. Benefit Providers key contacts provided in the PLH Group Benefit Document are mentioned in few plan's Benefit Descriptions
7. Employee Screens included in Flow are - Change Password, Demographics, Spouse and Child
8. Partner, Admin and Employee's Dashboards are configured
9. Plan Comparison Tool has been configured for Medical Plans

3. Company information, Recruit mails format, Job descriptions and Recruit flow using career integration URL.
Changes Done :-
1. Titles, Widgets, counter configuration done for admin and candidate login and managing employee from admin log-in.
2. Copyright text is changed from 'Copyright © 2013-2014. All Rights Reserved.' to '© 2016 PLH Group. All Rights Reserved.'
3. Company Logo, Background image and theme settings done.
4. Company information updated with PLH Group information.
5. Company specific changes done Recruit module. Company Name changed in Offer letter, Job Description etc. About Us text changed.
Observation : In PLH Group and Harbinger recruit steps, below differences observed.
1. In Workterra, steps 'Request Background Check & Drug Screen' & 'Perform Background Check & Schedule Drug Screen' are before 'Applicants Request Paper Application/Send Offer Letter'. In PLH Document, these are after 'Return Application/Signed Offer Letter'
2. In Workterra, for step 'Return Application/Signed Offer Letter', candidate has facility to accept/reject the offer and add comments. There is no facility to make signature.
3. Step names are different in PLH group Recruit Flow and Workterra.
