      Description

      Company Name- CHMC

      We found this issue while verifying Prime - CHMC file.Please find attahced sheet -"Incorrect_OfferPlan_Name.xls" for detail.

      Step:-
      1."ABC" Employee For Period -
      1 Jan 16 - 07 May 16
      Offer Plan - HHH
      Enrolled in AAA plan
      Terminated - 07 May 16
      2."ABC" Employee For Period -
      08 May 16 - No end Date
      *Offer Plan - BBB *
      Enrolled in BBB plan

      Actual - In Prime sheet "BBB" plan display as offer plan for 1 jan 16- 07 May 16

      Expected - It should display "Offer Plan - HHH" in excel sheet

      Please refer File shared on 14 June 16 with Sujit
