          Below is our analysis for internal errors for Rigaku.

          Concern: The actual length is greater than the MaxLength value.
          Cause: City name has more characters than allowed length
          Correction:
          Employee Names -
          1] Larry Bennett
          2] Akhilesh Tripathi

          Above employee city name has more than 22 characters, Make city name 22 chars and update employee demographics

          Concern: The value 'Ontario', 'L8V0A' and 'L0S1J' are invalid according to its datatype.
          Cause: Employee address is non-US address
          Correction:
          Employee Name
          1] Vu Tran
          2] Heinz Meusel

          Above 2 employee address is Non-US address, please provide US address for these employees and update demograhpics

          Once above details are updated, please re-run 1095C report. Finalize latest run of 1095C report before generating XML files.
