This is new sub-enhancement of WT-2131

Hi Debbie Kulling,

We have following queries related to point #2. Point #1 is clear.

1. There will be a risk associated with this enhancement as data of Billing Details and Benefit-Wise Billing records will not match. Is this fine? In future this may create a confusion because all billing/rate reports will fetch data from regular system and this particular report will fetch data from new column.
2. Billing Details report had a flow identified (starting from entry going to billing table, retro adjustment, retro calculations etc) and same flow will be required to implement for Benefit Wise Billing w.r.t. new Billed Rate column. This is going to be a time consuming change.
3. As we are doing this demo, so do you suggest to implement above point for Billed Rate? Or could you please advise an alternate way to handle it?

It will be good if we can quickly discuss this over a call. Will you be available today 6/16 at your 7:30 AM PST or in your 6/16 evening any time (if possible)? This will help us to define scope of work on this item.

Currently enhancement for point #1 : Add Approved Coverage option for non-health benefits. Remove Coverage Tier option for non-health benefits is only deployed.

I tried to add approved coverage amount to the benefit wise billing details and I get the attached server error

Also the client was testing the report the adjustment are coming out on the report but the dollar amounts are not showing the cost of the adjustment

The testing was done on the Totalworks site. If you want to recreate the issue.

Yesterday (6/21) enhancement was moved to LB environment for testing. This was not moved to Stage environment. And this is why you were unable to see Approved Coverage Amount.

Today (6/22) we have moved it to stage and now you can see Approved Coverage for non-health benefits.

Please note: You need not to select Approved Coverage Amount and Coverage Tier Label to get Approved Coverage for non-health benefits and Coverage Tier for health benefits respectively. For now these fields will come by default in reports according to the types of benefits selected. For now, please continue to select Plan Design Name, Employer pre-cost and Total Amount and you will see desire output (as previously advised). We are providing these proper selection ability in our upcoming enhancement.

And regarding dollar amounts are not showing the cost of the adjustment, we have not done full fledged testing as this was for demo purpose. In next patch, everything will be tested.

All these changes till date were made to review format of report (and for DEMO).

We have cleaned up Benefit Wise Billing Report UI and removed unwanted fields/ items. Please see below screen-shots.

Please have a look on these and let us know if we have missed anything, and suggest if any modification is required for final UI.

As per your earlier advise, we are not considering health tier policy no for this report.

Queries:-

1. Do we need to keep Logo and Display Report Header block here?
2. Are there any more fields required in Benefit Related Fields block?

Please Note:-

1. The fields in Benefit Related block are not mandatory to select. If nothing is selected only cost for that benefit will be shown.
2. If Plan Design Name is selected then Plan Name field will be displayed in report.
3. If Coverage Tier Label is selected then Coverage Tier will appear for Health benefits.
4. If Approved Coverage Amount is selected then Approved Coverage Amount will be shown for Non-Health benefits

Is there any modification required here?
