El Camino Hospital : server error is coming on 1095 c report

I am getting a server error when I run the 1095-C in my El Camino Hospital demo site. It was working last week but now it’s getting to the PDF portion then kicking out a server error.

Additionally, FTEs are no longer showing up on my site. When I run the FTE report in my ACA section, the FTEs and employees who are the in the 25-30 hour range no longer show up. I believe there is an error because when I click on the part-time employees, it pulls a report and there are a significant amount of employees who fall within the 25-30 hour range. This is a great report to show prospects as they can run a report to see who is close to becoming benefit eligible.

For example, it says there are no employee(s) in range (27-30 hours)

When I click on the part-time employees of 229, there are a large number of employees who fall into the 25-30 hour bucket
