Hi Lisa and team,

After further discussions, we do not believe ECH can use the 98% Offer Method therefore we have made some revisions to the 1094-C previously provided. The attached document includes our changes. For reference we changed:

Unchecked option D. 98% Offer Method on line 22 of page 1.

Revised all numbers in Part III, column B and C.
