      Description

      Hi all -

      The EINS for USE are failing internal validations due to the below erorrs -

      Transmission file is not valid to submit on IRS Portal. Please correct below errors..

      The 'urn:us:gov:treasury:irs:ext:aca:air:7.0:BusinessNameControlTxt' element is invalid - The value 'U S' is invalid according to its datatype 'urn:us:gov:treasury:irs:ext:aca:air:7.0:BusinessNameControlType' - The Pattern constraint failed.

          Hi Jennifer Leugers,

          Concern: :BusinessNameControlType' - The Pattern constraint failed.
          Cause: Company name has special chars and space, refer attachment and Business Control text written in XML needs to be 4 character long (It does not allow spaces or chars)
          Correction: To resolve this issue please update company names from EIN Classes Mapping page. Change name of all EIN classes as below

          1] USEngineering Company OR United States Engineering Company
          2] USEngineering Company Holdings OR United States Engineering Company Holdings
          3] USEngineering Innovations OR United States Engineering Innovations
          4] USEngineering Company OR United States Engineering Company

          please update Wladimir Colmenares employee address line 1 by making it 35 char long.
          Re-run 1095C report named "1095 C U.S. Engineering Company" as employee "Wladimir Colmenares" fall in this 1095C report and finalize latest run. No need to run other 1095C reports

          Then re-run all 1094C reports after updating EIN class name, finalize latest runs and generate XML for IRS Submission.
