      Description

      Customization: HRA is force contingent on Medical plan.

      1. Employee got election in medical plan with 1/1/2016 effective date to NULL.Due to fore contingency he got election and rate in HRA plan with 1/1/2016 to NULL.
      2.Employee raised QE of 6/23/2016 and changed employee data.This change inserted new record in rate table from 6/23/2016 to NULL and terminated old rate record with 6/22/2016 even if there is no change in coverage of HRA plan.

            Please find below 3Cs:

            Concern: UND Test - On Employee data change HRA plan getting rate allocated

            Cause : Force contingency routine of employee data change is always assigning new rate as per data change effective date. It is not checking if there is coverage change or not.

            Correction: We have fixed this issue. After Dave's approval, we will move it further.

            Mitigation: This is an historical issue.Impact testing needs to done thoroughly.

            Marking this as ready for stage as there are errors on script execution on UND for Banner Payroll testing on LB so this patch will be tested directly on Stage.

            Verified above scenario for employees who have enrollment in High Deductible Health Plan - Select plan (This plan is force contingent on HRA plan) by changing employee demographic date such as Employee Name , Change in Address, City etc by raising Admin Change- QE on 07/04/2016 .

            Observed below issue
            1) They don't have any change in coverage amount still the records for HRA Plan (Plan Code : HRB) getting exported on the file and QE reason getting exported on the file QE Illusions Banner HRA is - Change In Rate

            Can you please look into this and update on why rates are getting changed even if there is not change in Coverage Amount ?

            I am trying same scenario as it mentioned, on UND for HSPL. This issue is not reproducing on HSPL.
            As per discussion with Aniruddha Dev, I am marking it as non reproducible and closing this JIRA.
