Attached is a spreadsheet for Ken-Page Automotive group with a list of employees who need 1095c forms. No forms were produced in earlier runs. Password remains the same. As I complete more spreadsheets with employees missing 1095c forms for other Ken-Page dealerships, I will add to this ticket.

We done high level testing and we found that Yogesh uploaded employee's 1095C is not generated.We need to check other employee also.

@Jennifer - We observed tha below EE 1095C did not get generated.As they did not satisfy the rule condition used in "1095C Union City Nissan Inc" and also attaching the list of employee.

I've downloaded the KPAG missing employees spreadsheet. Please review sheet 1 I've updated column b with the EIN for most of the EE's. We are still missing the EIN 's for Class 1, but please proceed with all others in the column.
