CITY OF CHICO: ACA Tool Configuration

Please see the attached sheet for City of Chico.

They are concerned that they did not ill out Section II 100% correct, please send feedback right away if that is the case.

Note: they have two stability periods is currently at 3 months, with a 1 month administrative period, and 6 month stability period
Also, “Hourly” (limited term and variable hour). For an employee who is considered “Permanent” (not limited term and covered by a Union or contract), their benefits begin the first of the month following hire. Measurement periods would only be used for Permanent employees in the case of a leave of absence. ***There is really no way for me to make note of the Permanent employees in the spreadsheet.
