ACA - Add suffix for company contact and pull this information on XML submission

      Description

      1] Log in to workterra
      2] Select company
      3] go to Employer Administration -> Company Information -> Company Contact Information
      4] Click on Add button

      Suggestion - Add suffix filed after "Contact Name" field also make sure once this filed is added it needs to pull suffix on XML UI/A2A submission files
