Server Error is being displayed on Save button on Format Confirmation Statement page

      Description

      Steps:-

      1] Log into the system using SA credentials on LB.
      2] Search and select company LB_Sanity_COD_27June.
      3] Click on BenAdmin Tile.
      4] Click on Format Confirmation Statement option from Benefits Library sub menu.
      5]Click on save button on the Format Confirmation Statement page and observe.

      Actual Result:-
      Server Error is being displayed on Save button on Format Confirmation Statement page.

      Expected Result :-
      Server Error should not be displayed on Save button on Format Confirmation Statement page.

            Please verify this issue again. Confirmation statement page is getting saved properly. Please find attached snapshot.

            In case this is scenario/browser specific, please mention that & include error log in this.

            Format Confirmation Statement page being saved without any issue.
