Server Error is being displayed on Adding a form on form builder page.

      Description

      Steps:-

      1] Log into the system using SA credentials on LB.
      2] Search and select company LB_Sanity_COD_27June.
      3] Click on BenAdmin Tile.
      4] Click on Form Builder option from Employee Screens Configuration sub menu.
      5] Click on Add button and observe

      Actual Result:-
      Server Error is being displayed on Adding a form on form builder page.

      Expected Result :-
      Server Error should not be displayed on Adding a form on form builder page.

            This issue is working fine on LB on mentioned company. I have added form, fields, page field configuration & traversed all 5 steps of Form Builder - Add new Form workflow.

            Please let us know in case you observe error for any specific scenario.

            Rakesh: Please make sure error logs are attached for LB issue. This will help team to fix issues on priority.

            Hi Satya,

            This issue was reported by Hrishikesh which he had observed through SA login. While testing this company we were told to store the JQuery Errors / Warnings and make a list of options on which server error was being displayed. We were not told that we have to create JIRA tickets for each server error so due to which we did not save any error logs. That is why I have not attached any error logs as I was told to create JIRA tickets on Friday.

            Also I have tested this issue of adding a form on form builder, the issue is not being reproduced so closing the ticket.
