      Description

      Service Schedular - Default Plan assignment (Enrollment) Service execution
      failed for following companies:
      Company : SCC
      .
      Kindly refer the detailed log datewise in folder ServiceSchedularErrorLog.

            Concern: Default Plan assignment (Enrollment) Service execution failed on SSC Company.

            Cause: Recently in waive method, new key was added in WaiveHashTable. As Default Plan Allocation service is calling same method to waive benefits, but didn't use this new key. So due to boundary value check absence in waive method this issue occurred.

            Correction: We have fixed code for this and need to deploy this patch on stage and production today. (7/13 [12.10 p.m.] IST before service execution start so that service will not fail again).

            Mitigation: Impact analysis and testing should be done thoroughly.

            Scenario was:
            For plan Waive Benefit Type is set to Yes on default plan mapping screen.
            So when OE was finished, all the employees who didn't enrolled in the plan in OE, service was waiving benefit for those. But due to above issue it was failed.
