" characters are being interpreted as markup.

Verified on Production using company EBS exchange. Above issue of Server Error and Unauthorized Access in Employee flow is not resolved yet. Hence Reopening.

As per above your comments and your discussion with aarati,
did you verify server error on eligibility tab of tour?because that patch was already deployed and just now Aarati Sabnis tested on EBS exchange company and it is working fine.
It is taking unnecessary time of developer to again re verify the issue.

Unauthorised error is due to absence of entry in pagelevel access table.We will execute it and will let you know.

Aarati could reproduce the issues. I have also reproduced it and shown to her. Secondly this issue is with W4 and not with the eligibility tab. W4 is after eligibility screen.
We have observed issues with W4 after navigating ahead from eligibility screen.
Now, the issue is present and you have provided the fix. So, I do not see any incident of developers time taken unnecessarily.

as per attached screen shot, Server error is on eligibility screen,which is not reproducing now and as you mentioned in comments server error is still there.so i mentioned it above.

and for remaining forms there is Unauthorised access issue not server error.

I had attached screen shot Server Error_W4.png while reopening this issue. You can see Server Error and Unauthorized Access at a time in it. I do not see any cause for confusion.

Concern : Server error observed during PreBoard tour

Cause : Access was not given to some steps of preboard tour.

Correction : Accesses are given to preboard tour.

Verified on Production using company EBS exchange. This issue is not yet resolved. Observed unauthorized access error while previewing preboard tour in partner login. PFA screen shot.

Verified on Stage using company DC and Austin for HSPL. Above issue is resolved now.

Verified on Production using company City of Lake worth for HSPL. for server error in Preview tour JIRA WT-4630 is open. Remaining issues are resolved.
