      Description

      Below issues are observed while testing Demo company DC

      In Admin Login:
      1. Server error occured as check box 'supervisor approval' selected in form. PFA screen Form Builder Server error.png
      2. Error message 'ReferenceError: ValidateSec2 is undefined' observed on 'E-Verify Eligibility Status' screen, on approve button. PFA screen shot Form_builder_Server Error.png
      3. In Tour builder, Server error occurred as 'Preview Tour' tab selected in PreBoard tour. PFA Preview Tour.png
      In Employee Login:
