1.Login to LB.
2.Edit company “Worktesttwo”.
3.Navigate to Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >>BenAdmin Company Home >>ACA
4.Generate 1095-B for employees whose Origin of policy is A.
Actual:- Part III of 1095-B form was empty
Expected:-Part II and Part III of the 1095-B should be filled as per the IRS 1095-B form

We have verified above mentioned issue on LB.
Its working fine.
Tested scenarios are as follows.
1) When Origin of Policy is set to A or B , then Part III and Part II displayed with system data
2) If Origin of Policy is B and if Employers reporting self-insured group health plan coverage then only Part III data displayed .
3) Set origin of policy other than A or B and Part III displayed with system data on report 1095-B.
This patch will get move to Stage with UI submission enhancement.

Its working fine.

The Changes done for the 1095B are -
1) If Origin of Policy is A or B , then Part III and Part II will not be Empty.
2) If Origin of Policy is B and if Employers reporting self-insured group health plan coverage then Part II will be blank.
