In Standard Reports, Report Branding Setting panel is scaled incorrectly.

      Description

      In Admin/Partner login, in Standard Reports, Report Branding Setting panel is scaled incorrectly. It is very small and at center. Due to this, not able to customize.

            3C's:
            Concern:
            UI of Reports table were violated. Table columns were not scaled correctly.

            Cause:
            This is happened due to JQuery version updated with latest version.

            Correction:
            Proper width is applied on table columns. Now it'll look normal

            Verified on Production using company City of Lake worth for HSPL. Report Branding Setting panel is scaling issue is resolved now.
