steps
1] create 1095C for above class employee
2] download and observe Line 14, Line 16 and Plan Start Month fields
actual result -
1] Plan start month shows 1 instead of 6
2] Line 14 show 1E instead of 1H
3] Line 16 show 2F instead of blank as offer is not given to employee
expected result
1] plan start month should show 6
2] Line 14 should show 1H
3] Line 16 should be blank
