steps
1] create 1095C/1094C for above class employee
2] download and observe Part III of 1094C
Actual result -
1] It shows "Minimum Essential Coverage Offer Indicator" marked as No for all months
expected result -
1] As employees from all selected 1095C are eligible to ACA plans from 06/01/2015 so it should show Yes marked from June to Dec
