      Description

      Step to Repro
      1.Login to application using Partner credential
      2.Navigate to BenAdmin > IRS > ACA > Add New > 1094 C
      3.Use Special character : <> in name and fill other details and save & Preview
      4.Zip folder is generated and clicked on pdf file

      Actual - It did not get open

      Expected - This type of special character should handle as we are allowing in Name
