Add new tab in Analysis report for displaying covered individual part of each employee in each run.
Also add Date of hire and plan start month in Code analysis tab.
Analysis :
1. New Tab to be added in Analysis report for displaying covered individual.
2. The report fields be as follows:
EE Name,EE SSN,Member Type,Member SSN, DOB, Class1, Class2, Class3, Class4, Jan,Feb,March,Apr,May,Jun,Jul,Aug,Sept,Oct,Nov,Dec
All dependents of that employee as shown on report will be listed with months marked.
Also,New columns to be added in Tab 1 of analysis report are Hire date and plan start month and Employer Cost
